Contributor – Fall 2025
Position Overview
New Guard Press is actively looking for talented writers who desire to contribute to our mission of promoting a positive vision for the future of American conservative culture.
Position Details
- Contributors are required to submit 4 original works of 800 to 1,000 words between August 15th and December 20th.
- Failure to meet the article requirement may result in the loss of contributor status for future semesters, and prevent the contributor from becoming a Senior Contributor.
- All submissions that are published by New Guard Press are intellectual property of their author.
- All submissions must be original works of the author, and not be generated by any kind of Artificial Intelligence, or other generative technology.
Requirements
- Current college student, recent graduate, or young professional.
- Alignment with the mission of New Guard Press.
- Previous published writing experience is preferred but not required.

Senior Contributor – Fall 2025

Editor
Position Overview
New Guard Press is actively looking for talented editors who share our mission of promoting a positive vision for conservative culture.
Position Details
- Edit up to 2 articles per week, as assigned by the Managing Editor or Editor in Chief.
Requirements
- Current college student, recent graduate, or young professional.
- Alignment with the mission of New Guard Press.
- Previous published writing experience is preferred.
- Editing experience is strongly preferred.

Social Media Manager (X)
Position Overview
The Social Media Assistant is responsible for furthering the mission of New Guard Press by growing our presence on X and supporting our Director of Publicity.
Position Overview:
- Reports to the Director of Publicity
- 1-2 hours per week.
- Uploading posts, writing captions, and scheduling posts.
- Responsible for interacting with other accounts on behalf of NGP.
- This position is expected to innovate and take charge of our presence on X.
Qualifications:
- Current college student or graduate.
- Experience in social media management, specifically X, is preferred but not required.
